How to prepare
How to prepare
1. Brew
Prepare a pot with 500mL to 1.5L of hot water (below 100ºC). If you're adding a microdose, place it inside the tea bag and close. Steep the tea for at least 5 minutes.
2. Serve
Once steeped, pour into a cup, or multiple cups if sharing. For a cold option, continue steeping for 1-2 hours, then dilute with still or sparkling water to your taste.
3. Reuse
You can steep the same tea bag once more for an additional brew. Alternatively, remove the tea bag and store the leftover tea in the fridge for 2-3 days.

FAQ
How will it make me feel?
You'll experience a calm mind and a sense of tranquility, making it perfect for yoga, meditation, or creative activities.
When do I drink this?
Ideal for moments of calm activity, like yoga or meditation, when you need a balance of relaxation and focus, but still a bit of energy.
How much can I drink?
You can drink up to 3 litres per day. The large tea bag is designed to brew 1.5L, and you can resteep it to make even more if desired.
Does it contain any psychedelics?
None of our Happy Tea blends contain psychedelics. They are carefully crafted with natural herbs and adaptogens to promote well-being and functionality. While these ingredients are designed to synergise well with psychedelics, you would need to add your own as they are not included in the tea blend. Enjoy the enhanced effects and great taste when paired, but rest assured, our blends are completely non-hallucinogenic on their own.
Should I drink this if I'm sensitive to caffeine?
Flow State contains caffeine, but only a moderate amount—far less than a cup of coffee. It offers a gentle boost without the jitters associated with coffee. If you're particularly sensitive to caffeine, it may still be fine to drink, but we recommend starting with a smaller amount to see how you feel.
